H.R. 2306, the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act, would remove marijuana from the federal Controlled Substances Act and limit the federal government's role in marijuana enforcement to cross-border or interstate smuggling. States would be able to legalize and regulate marijuana, or to continue to prohibit it, as they individually choose.

Hemp freedom under the declaration of independence
i think is, so right for people to choose if they want to smoke hemp are not. give it to the people let them choose. Just legalize it, dont say you will do it, faith without works is nothing. so do it. you can always change it if its ineffective right. So give it a try, we was stupid to oppose it, along time ago but this time around it staying for good. GOD said he will give the earth to GODs children soon. its come peace and happiness. GODSPEED
