Un año después de tomar posesión, el presidente mexicano Felipe Calderón dice que la guerra contra las drogas sigue siendo su más alta prioridad. Unos 24.000 efectivos están en el campo, pero parece que el tráfico y la violencia no han sido disminuidos.
