The Santa Fe Mountain Center
is hiring a Street Outreach Worker to provide harm reduction outreach services
to injection drug users in northern New Mexico, including needle exchange
and HIV/Hepatitis and overdose prevention services. The Street Outreach
Worker should be an open-minded, responsible person with cultural competency
skills, knowledge of harm reduction and chemical dependency, a clean driving
record, willing to work flexible hours, bilingual preferred.
Training/supervision will
be provided, pay scale $11-$15 per hour depending on experience, 25 hours
