By the time you read this,
there is a good chance that the US Supreme Court will have spoken on Raich
v. Ashcroft, a major court challenge by medical marijuana patients Angel
Raich and Diane Monson to the constitutionality of federal prohibition
of medical marijuana use. The Court heard oral arguments on the case
last December. (Click here

Last summer, Congress voted
for the second time on an amendment that would have forbid the Dept. of
Justice from using its resources to block state medical marijuana laws.

out whether their own Reps voted for or against medical marijuana.
