HARASSMENT and Shame on the POLICE
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, is picture of Phelps worth the destruction of his life and the embarassment to the police force?? Also, is the picture admissiable in court? This certainly seems to be another rights violations case as we still don't know if he inhaled. Leave this poor young man alone and go arrest those greedy corporate guys who have committed crimes against humanity by helping the poor get poorer, and poorer.
I don't give a f*ck what the federal government "thinks"
Drugs are not the problem, the war on drugs, is the problem.
The federal government doesn't have the power to make laws that tell me I can't smoke a plant. And f*ck them if they think they do.
Has anyone seen what they think they can do? It doesn't matter what the "supreme court" says, they can't give themselves powers, or give out powers, that the constitution says they can't, f*ck them. It's in plain friggin English, what the government can't do, and the "supreme court" don't have the power to over ride the constitution. period. So f*ck them.
Them old timers used pretty easy to understand language back then, and some of these "new laws" are to laugh at. "Asset forfeiture" is one of the best ones. The government "thinks" it can just take your property, just like that. The constitution says, nope, sorry, it also says the government can't change what it says, without an amendment, so what the government is trying to pull, is, changing something without doing it legally, just cause they sat so. F*ck them. They're f*cking stupid.
