Discrimination in Employment
I was just fired from a job due to conviction that in occurred 1975. I had been employed at a community mental health center for eight months before the Department of Children and Families determined I was not suitable to be in a caregiver position. I am of the opinion that this would be discrimination under the ADA legislation. Any comments or suggestions.
