One important news item that
we did not get to this week is the fizzling, once again, of legislative
efforts to seal a deal on some reform to New York state's Rockefeller Drug
Laws. Republicans on the conference committee blamed Democratic legislators
for inflexibility, while Democrats charged the Republicans didn't really
want to see it happen.
We will report on this next
week, but in the meantime wanted to provide you with some links to find
