Missouri, Tennessee Ponder Legislator Drug Tests

Bills that would require state legislators to undergo drug tests have been filed in Missouri and Tennessee. They're an unsurprising extension of the drug testing mania that has gripped statehouses, but likely unconstitutional. Chronicle story here.
