busted

My name is Jim Simmons,I live in Schuyler Co.Mo.,last week 10/30/09 I was over at a friends house,we were sitting in his kitchen talking wen all of a sudden all of these vehicles pulled in his drive,this is in a rural area.Police in mask and sherrifs come to the door he meets them and they say they have a warrant to search the premises,come in ask who I am then handcuff me say they're going to search the place,start ransacking the place,find processed marijuana and supposedly some meth.Well it's that time of year,after they get done in the house search the out buildings then come back in the house where my friend and I sat cuffed with 2 or 3 with us the whole time,ask me if I have anything in my truck,said they had the right to search any vehicle on the property,I tell them I have a little,knowing full well they were going to anyway,find a box on the seat,come back in and say you call that a little bit,there's probably 2 or 3 lbs. there,so they start loading it up and tawhile this is going on my friend's 17 year old son who was down over the hill bowhunting walks into it scared to death.I,m an epileptic who uses it to help cope with my siezures and my friend is a Viet Nam era vet who uses it to cope with nightmares and other ailments,spent four days over the Halloween weekend before we were able to cash bond out.Of course they said there was over 20lbs.wet with stems and sticks and stalks{joke} plus the little dab of meth they said was 35 grams,had to quit our jobs,don,t know what,s next
