Looking for some information

Hello Everyone I am looking for some information for Florida. Is there anything set up in Florida like it is in California? I have been sreaching the net and just keep running into walls of nothing. The Reason I ask is because if California succeeds here it should happen in every State especially Florida since 1. it is concidered 2nd on the list of becoming Bankrupt 2. It would be one of the best places for growth. 3. I think we have just as many patients that needs the help. So please if there is anyone who can help me please let me know.
