"We can't control our two legal drugs"
That's the bit that floored me. If he honestly thinks that the U.S. is not in control of the two legal drugs (alcohol and tobacco) that are readily available at any corner store, then how the hell is the U.S. suppose to actually control the illegal drugs whose market is in the hands of armed thugs?
Your correct, sir!
Are these prohibitionists crazy enough to think that surrendering the alcohol and tobacco markets to the heroin and meth cartels will help our war against addiction and gang violence? YES, these "prohibitionists" are that crazy!
Ron Brooks Insider Trading Scam.
A petrochemiceutical version of every illegal drug or herb is made for your local ptetrochemiceutical pharmacy. Ron Brooks is a living example of how prohibition cruelly inflates the stocks of legal drugs by creating so much risk they become collectors items. The cats out of the bag on the 150 ft tall Martha Stewart scam that is prohibition. It is also very cruel to make the poppy growers think they could sell their product to big pharma while big pharma made the sale illegal to inflate the stocks of oxycontin. Keeping drugs illegal makes your local petrochemiceutical pharmacy a part of the problem just like the cartel. Double standards are again proved in what this is really all about as Olly North gets a tv show while Freeway Ricky Ross goes to prison. Prohibition is a way for cruel dictators to hijack local law enforcement for global drug corporation wall st bribes and absolute power by unconstitutional government occupation. I wish Mr.Wooldridge would arrest mr brooks for sponsoring terrorism. prohibitions are made by terrorists for terrorists
Thank You Mr Wooldridge For Exposing Brooks Scam:
Thank you so much for exposing tyrants such as mr brooks who rely on keeping prohibitions double standards in place for the wall st profit from absolute power scam they continue to illegally operate. Keeping drugs and herbs illegal and legal simultaneously causes severe mental illness for everyone involved and subjected to unconstitutional policy such as prohibition. This activity inflates stocks of mental health petrochemiceuticals. Again more violent insider trading. These prohibitionists make bernie madoff look like small change when it comes to effectively maintaining the practice of fraud. Prohibitionists are like any other terrorist. they are irrational and believe that people will never catch on to their scam or simply be to terrified to physically remove them from power over others. So please Mr. Wooldridge arrest Mr Brooks and and charge him with socioeconomic plunder and terrorism
watch it now
i don't buy mr. brooks statement, his "great news" about all illegal drug use being down. you have to watch out for these kinds of sneaky statements. these guys are known to twist around statistics to make it sound like they are doing an incredible job. for instance they will say that overall drug use is down so much of a percentage in 2008, but they compare that figure to a really high year when in actuality drug use has risen since the whole war began. you gotta call these fools out. i will give the drug warriors one thing. they can take hard facts showing that they are destroying society and can spin that shit around to make the sheep think that without them it's apocalypse time.
Re: his "great news" about all illegal drug use being down
What about the great news of cigarette smoking being down below marijuana in every major city across the country? Does Mr. Brooks and his lot deserve credit for that too?
Stress From Continual Threat of Bullying And Harm Causes Illness
Time has proven that during times of conflict peoples behavior and reaction to the conflict is affected in many different ways. Prohibition is an unnatural conflict which profits from human misery by creating more human misery than would exist without the unconstitutional policy. Prohibitions have always been umbrellas for unconstitutional law enforcement people to secretly profit from the sale of both legal and illegal drugs because the so called laws governing them secretly affect Wall st. stock trades of petrochemiceuticals. May all be healed and peace and prosperity be with you all.
Warmed Over Ideas Promoting Prohibition…
Ron, "Increase social stigma with drug use"
Dang! How much more stigmatized can it get?! I'm not looking forward to they day where they start putting marks on people to denote whether they've used drugs or not.
Ron, "We can't control our two legal drugs now; tobacco and alcohol."
More la-la land assumptions.
1) Thinking they can be 100% controlled is a mistake.
2) Thinking that we have the right to 100% control them is a mistake.
3) I'm reminded of hearing parents complain they’ve lost control of their kids. The only thing I can say is you only have 100% control of your kids when they are in your body. As soon as they pop out, you loose more and more control.
Ron, "We all know people who have lost their lives, destroyed their families, etc…" from alcohol and ciggies.
Umm, no. To take a swipe at him, maybe he knows people who have destroyed their health due to unhealthy eating habits? People who love fast food and other things that are causing the rain forests to be demolished?
Ron, "Why would we legalize and sanction the use of even more addicting chemicals?"
This is a 6 of one vs. a half-dozen, argument. Ron is implying that Howard is interested in promoting drug use. Ron continues to ignore the fact that legalizing them, then undercutting the prices of the dealers will drive (most of) them out of business, help bring in some marginalized users who really want help, and give the rest of us a break from folks who have no intention of quitting, or stealing, to support their habit.
He is also carrying around quite a few misconceptions about marijuana, mushrooms, and other all natural, unadulterated plants.
Ron, "legalizing drugs is like a slap in the face to President Calderon…"
Well, let's see the pattern his ilk have established… First using those things was more like a happy slap on the back, “thank you for being our customer, come again.”
Then they turned using drugs into a punishment, more than just a slapping of the wrists, usually a slamming of the iron prison doors.
What they are pushing us all towards now will make a slap in the face seem minor. In fact, already their prohibitionist practices have caused beheadings galore, and other actions much worse than a slap in the face. People like Ron need a slap in the face to see if we can wake them up!
Then there was the obligatory nod to “the children.” But the fact is this WILL NOT register on kids’ radar. This is an adult hang-up. Kids are too busy worrying about who likes who, what sneakers are cool, what band is “in,” and so forth. I was a kid when Nixon announce his “war on drugs” and it was decades later before I was finally aware of it! No doubt many adults were patting themselves on the back about “the message they were sending the kids” what a bunch of B.S. I knew nothing of it! Talk to me about climbing trees, Boy Scouts, my favorite books, and I might have listened to them.
Ron espouses yet another ego-centric hang-up that adults have. That kids hang on their every word. Ha!
Finally
This interview reminds me of the moderated discussion between Judge Gray and Lovell. Lovell got most of the talking time, nearly twice as much, perhaps more! Bummer. Gotta leave time for those "legitimate" drug marketers to get their advertisements on air!
Irrational?
I don't know that he was irrational, but he flat out lied! The 8000 killed in accidents due to drugs was not what the CDC showed. The number he quoted was an ESTIMATE from some other site! The CDC had 13,740 (32% of all auto accidents) killed in drunk driving accidents in 2006. Of that number, there were 18% that had drugs in their system. Thing was, the CDC said most of those had alcohol in their system, too. So, there were no statistics available for accidents the involved only driving on drugs.
Even with that number, it would be something like 6% of the accidents involved drugs and alcohol. So the incidents that were with isolated drug use would be much lower than that! Lower than 6%! That does not add up to 8000. It is somewhere around 2500 deaths from driving while intoxicated on alcohol and drugs. There were around 40,000 deaths total . I'd say that the number that died from driving while under the influence of drugs alone could be less than 1%. It has to be pretty low, anyway. He was presenting evidence that was factually incorrect, in other areas as well. Including the fact that "teen use" is down. They have lied, about what the statistics really say!
Yes, they think they are going to make the earth drug free. The UN said that ten yeas ago! They have been trying for a hundred years and have not put a dent in the drug trade, yet. Part of the reason might be because man has been using mind altering substances for thousands of years! They will never learn!
Global Drug Corporations Sponsor Prohibitionists Fraud.
The idea is to use unconstitutional law enforcement to promote a "drug free world" as a violence based forced double standard for secret stock market insider trading profits. Global drug corporations dont have any real desire to make the world drug free. Global drug corporations know that forcing violent double standards on people, places, and things causes severe mass mental illness. Hmm why would drug corporations want to take over legal systems with double standard based prohibitions known to cause mental illness ? Because they have paid fraudulent law enforcers to promote and even force petrochemiceuticals on people to "treat" mental illnesses while the attack on ancient proven herbs continues. its a simple profit scam used by the most effective organized bullies . The plunder will not stop unless these tyrants are physically removed from power instead of trying to just tell them to stop.
Oregon House bill 3274
Huge organically grown high thc potency medical cannabis for more superior hemp products than low thc potency varieties restoring the jobs which were fraudulently prohibited by proven unconstitutional leaders installed by wall street. Jobs in food, clothing, shelter, medicine, fuel, and many others are being restored . thank you all for your much appreciated help.
Too Many Lies - so little time
All,
During these debates with drug warriors they spread the lies as fast as possible, hoping we will spend all our time debunking them...leaving no time for our message. They know they are lying. I did spend a bit too much time on the 'gateway' lie but still able to get out most of what i wanted to say. thanks for your support for my interview and LEAP...howard
Save world from DRUG

An ironic point about the 'save our children' argument for prohibition. I have heard kids say that it is easier for them, as kids in high school, to get drugs, than it is alcohol. Alcohol is legal and adults can get it easily. There isn't much of a black market in Budweiser for the kids to tap into. If the best place to get your drugs is the pharmacy (or dispensary) then the black market for those drugs is going to dry up. If the law is that the dispensary is only allowed to sell to those over a particular age, or possessing some form of permission, then that dispensary is going to try very hard to obey those rules. At least then ones that don't want to get shut down will. You see this in California where the budding (burgeoning) medical marijuana business is trying very hard to dot it's i's and cross it's t's to avoid being shut down by local police (and, yes, dispensaries collect sales taxes on every sale).
