Breaking News:Dangerous Delays: What Washington State (Re)Teaches Us About Cash and Cannabis Store Robberies [REPORT]

Initiate recalls of all members of congress (except Ron Paul)

How can congress get away with all this unconstitutional legislation with impunity? Long ago congress passed the first unconstitutional law against some drugs -- Prohibition 2.0. Then, over the years, a bunch more unconstitutional laws, most of it rather petty stuff, but all having long term effects on the unalienable rights of the people. More recently, they used the 9/11 tragedy to pass the Patriot act (without reading it) which wasn't at all patriotic in nature, and the other unconstitutional acts that took more of our freedoms away (like Habeas Corpus) and now allow them to pick any one of us up and hold us (without counsel or notification of our families of our whereabouts), and listen in to our phone conversations and read our email without cause. Then even more recently, they passed those "stimulus" bills that only stimulated the pockets of the thieves who head up those huge banks and corporations (again without reading any of them) against the overwhelming opposition of their constituents. The Supreme Court just declared the 2nd Amendment to be an individual right! But, now, this bill (H.R. 45) seeking to remove the unalienable right to defend oneself and one's property against criminals (including those residing in elected and non-elected offices in the government)! We must punish these power, rights, and money grabbers in some way, or they will continue down this road to even greater tyranny. So, I ask: What if we, in each and every congressional district, seek to recall our federal Senators and "Representative" for unconstitutional actions, and failing to represent us in a way that we approve? We must take some kind of action, and we must do it quickly. It is obvious that just calling, writing emails, letters and faxes (even tho they are getting thousands a day), is not getting the result we want. They are closing their email accounts and requiring that we only contact them by phone or thru their contact forms (can't write them a letter because of their fear of anthrax), and when they do read/hear what we have to say, they completely ignore our concerns, our cries for tax relief, and our desire for liberty, they send us form letters in response which pretty much say "I hear what you say but I don't give a shit what you think, I'm going to vote this way, anyway."! The ONLY thing left to us is to get together in our own congressional districts and put together a recall effort for every one of them, letting them know, making it very clear, we are taking this action because they are passing unconstitutional laws and ignoring our Constitutional Rights.

I ran across this old video today

http://tv.mpp.org/shorts/the-human-cost-of-marijuana-prohibition-part-2/...

I want everyone to see this comment which breaks my heart (spelling/punctuation corrected and broken into paragraphs to make it more readable):
"I thank those who have made this film, I hope that it’s use will be more for the mass population of the public who know not the truth than those who, as I, cry, feeling and knowing the pain and injustice done to those who’s stories are depicted here. My story does not start 5 years ago, but as I am now, still ended at that time. I hope for a new start. however I fear the nightmares and mental “illness” will never end.

"I was pulled over late one night for a tail light out, after running my name the officer found two points of interest. one, my suspended license, and second I had been “flagged” by the D.A. as a person who was caught “red handed” growing marijuana but got off due to faults in the search warrant. If only the first was the case, the likely action would have been a ticket and a firm instruction to drive straight home. However the car was searched…… an hour later and a drug dog, still nothing found in the car. Then the officer and the backup she had called went to the trunk of her car as I sat cuffed and stuffed in the cop car, they walked back to my car, leaned in the back seat, and came out holding a tinfoil pipe with a small amount of marijuana in the bowl. To jail I went.

"With all cells full, I was placed in a dorm-style wing of the county jail. walking in the dark vast room with the pad and pillow in hand, I hoped bail would be made before morning. I rolled the mat below the stair case, thinking this would be a spot I could sleep without fear of the 40 plus inmates who were not confined by any cells besides the one cement room we all shared. This, I still feel, was the worst choice in my life. I was out of sight, hidden. But someone was not asleep, watched me lay in that closed-to-view corner…. and just as soon as I closed my eyes and planned on sleeping till morning when I would be bailed out, I was pulled to my knees by my hair, a hand pulled my bottom jaw down and the genital of my fellow inmate, and attacker shoved in my mouth.

"My sentence for a tinfoil pipe and less than a hit of marijuana that was planted by pissed off cops was 4 plus hours of oral rape, being gagged until I vomited 5 times. and a lifetime of waking up in the middle of the night only to grab a knife or other object of protection to stand guard against a fear all night, to some times not sleep for days. I have lost jobs due to my PTSD and have wanted to die since that night. I live still. I’m a shell of what I was, of what I wanted to become. I correct myself, I did die that night. The laws prohibiting cannabis were my judge, juror and executioner. For if I was not dead… How is it that since then, I’ve been in hell?

"I ask, is this just punishment for being busted with marijuana. How many others have spent less than a night in jail only to be forever changed. You don’t “recover” you don’t “forget” there is no “learning to live again” the unjust law killed who I was five years ago, and I’m not the only one to “live” though this. I won't be the last, I wish I was. I don’t ask empathy for me, I ask that no one else has to try and find a reason to live day to day like I do.

"ALL of you who see this video, and who read my story, have the power to prevent someone, someday from spending a night in jail that WILL forever change and destroy them. The laws can be changed…. someday, but the rain drop that forms the river of change starts now, with YOU. You (yes you reading this right now) have the power to end this drug war, to end what it does to people like me and maybe, next weekend, to you, or your friend. Get involved, someday we can make it so the stories you just watched and my story along with the MILLIONS that go untold are known as “how things used to be” in those insane years.

"Thank you"

And these comments speak a truth of which we must all be aware:
"To those who comment that the War on (some) Drugs is a waste of our money are not looking at it from the State’s perspective . It is a 90 year old observation that “war is the lifeblood of the state” . Not satisfied with external wars , it criminalizes even peaceful choices of its own citizens. From the State’s perspective , the Wo(s)D is not a waste of money , it is a cash cow growth opportunity."
and
"Narcotics laws in general, and marijuana laws in particular, are not about the government having the need and desire to protect society from the use of these substances. These laws function to give the government the ability to invade individual privacy, seize assets, and demonstrate governmental power. Anyone that has not experienced the early morning SWAT raid has not known the false bravado of cops wearing their badges on their crotches, and the terror visited on the unfortunate parties that are rolled out of bed to the floor with an automatic weapon pointed at their head.

The pot laws were a direct result of the actions of Harry Ainslinger’s need to provide employment for out of work prohibition cops, and was supported by vested interests that had substantial reason to limit the production of hemp. Lastly, add racism to the mix and it became a force to shape a totalitarian society.

So long as the powers that be continue to have a hidden agenda perpetuating this travesty, we will continue to have more of our citizens in jail than any other country. A marijuana arrest every 28 seconds."

That is why politicians will NEVER end it unless we the people force them. We must revolt in a legal/constitutional manner. If you do not aid in (or, at the very least, give vocal moral support to) this legal, peaceful form of revolt, you leave us with only violent revolt as a solution, or submission to tyranny; I don't think anyone really wants that, but that choice IS what it WILL come to, eventually, if we do not take this legal route, soon.

It has become clear that contacting the law makers hasn't worked, voting hasn't worked, protests haven't worked. NOTHING else has worked, so our only, non-violent choice is to threaten them with recall, and we must make it more than just a verbal threat, we must actually begin the process in our own congressional districts (for "Representatives" at the federal level) and states (for Senators), on the grounds they are not serving the interests of the nation or their constituents, or they will not take it seriously. We must take it far enough that they are physically served with recall papers. They'll take THAT seriously.

We must also make it clear that their only opportunity to stop the recall process is to end all aspects of Prohibition 2.0 -- defund all programs and disband all agencies that are a part of Prohibition 2.0, release all people incarcerated in federal prisons for non-violent drug "offenses", and return or replace all "seized" (stolen) property and money to those from whom it was unconstitutionally taken (all of those confiscations were definitively unconstitutional). Additionally, we must make them aware that they must strictly follow the Constitution in future legislative acts, and immediately repeal all laws that have been passed over the years that are clearly unconstitutional. (Believe it or not, most of the laws passed over the past 150, or more, years are clearly unconstitutional to anyone who has even the smallest bit of knowledge of the Constitution and our Founding Fathers' intent.) They could do that with one sweeping bill that automatically repeals any and all laws that are not within the enumerated powers of the federal government to oversee, and that we will have none of their phony "commerce clause" bullshit end runs around the Constitution, either.

We must do the same thing with our state legislators, simultaneously, concerning states' Prohibition 2.0 legislation (and all the other laws they passed which are unconstitutional under your state's constitution), release the non-violent drug "offenders" incarcerated within the state's and counties' prison systems, and return or replace all "seized" property and cash taken because of unconstitutional seizure laws.

If you don't get involved in the effort to stop an out of control government, you are contributing to the further growth of the totalitarian police state which will eventually make slaves of your children and grandchildren, and, perhaps, even you, if you live long enough.

I'm pro-choice on EVERYTHING!

THE PROBLEM WITH PROHIBITIONISTS

IS THAT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND HAVE EXEMPTED THEMSELVES FROM LAWS AND PENALTIES. UNCONSTITUTIONAL TERRORIST REGIMES LOCAL,STATE,FEDERAL AND GLOBAL ARENT JUST GONNA LEAVE OR QUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE LEGALLY RECALLED. REMEMBER THEY OCCUPY THE LAND AND PEOPLE UNCONSTITUTIONALLY SO ITS GONNA TAKE ACTUAL CONSTITUTIONAL PRACTITIONERS SUCH AS DR. RON PAUL TO ORGANIZE THE IMMEDIATE ARRESTS OF ALL THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL LEADERS. REMEMBER THAT THE WAR/WAR ON DRUGS MONGERS ARE NOT SANE AND SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN ANY POWER WHATSOEVER OVER ANYONE ,ANY PLACE OR ANY THING. THE WAR ON DRUGS TERRORISTS WILL ONLY STOP WHEN THEY ARE PHYSICALLY REMOVED. PRE-EMPTIVE WAR AND PROHIBITIONS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL SO ANY CONSTITUTIONAL POLICE AND MILITARY OUT THERE THAT KNOW THIS MUST PHYSICALLY REMOVE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL TERRORIST OCCUPIERS THEY ARE FORCED TO WORK WITH

REQUEST RON PAUL STYLE MILITARY AND POLICE

NOW FLOODING THE MILITARY WITH REQUESTS TO HAVE RON PAUL STYLE GENERALS AND ADMIRALS WHO WOULD RUN THE MILITARY CONSTITUTIONALLY IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GENERALS AND ADMIRALS ETC. ALSO FLOODING LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST PROHIBITION WITH REQUESTS TO REMOVE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL POLICE WHO ENFORCE UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS WITH PLUNDER.
