New Developments in the Ryan Frederick Case

Ever since Ryan Frederick was charged with murder for killing a police officer who he mistook for a burglar during a botched drug raid, the case against him has become increasingly difficult to believe. Despite finding no evidence of cultivation, prosecutors are now claiming Frederick had been growing marijuana prior to the police raid and that he knew police were coming and planned the murder. It just doesn’t make sense, particularly insofar as a suspect who’s expecting police doesn’t need to shoot them. If he wanted to escape, he could just leave before they came.

Prosecutors Free Hand

If the prosecutors wanted to, they could inform the cops that they are just going to far. Instead they feel compelled to carry the ball.

It can only be money that motivates these people and the sooner the public stops paying for Grants to support law enforcements habit, the sooner we will see and end to the injustice the drug war has brought to this country and many others.

Stop the Edward Byrne Grant ! http://scint-stinks.com

It's not the money;

it's the power to oppress. And if the Yavapai County Superior Court dog-and-pony show is any indication, the police run the prosecutors and the prosecutors run the show. The judges might just as well stay home.

Truth? Justice? Common sense? Oh, please.

Mother and child

This just so nuts. When the cops break into a house and shoot an unarmed mother and her one year old child it's OK, but when a resident shoots an unidentified cop who is breaking into his house (while shrieking inarticulate obscenities no doubt) it's a crime.

Unfortunately...

...when the swatzi's kill a civilian , they also think the victim "deserved it". Nobody deserves this "warondrugs". Hopefully the tide will turn with Ryan's acquital.
