Vancouver police are currently at the scene of the sixth homicide of '08 and this is another targeted shooting in the criminal underworld. While the government is spending 10 million on a prison retro-fit and 10 million to run the place for one year.Gang warfare rages and the government has no plans to change anything.I guess it's more important to remove the mentally ill from sight than to try to stop gang violence.Seven shots were heard by witnesses at the scene of the most recent shooting which occurred on the infamous down town east side.
