Massive ecstacy bust and other drug war uniformity

Submitted by David Borden on
Shortly before 10 pm a plain clothed Abbotsford police officer pulled over a 2007 Chrysler Sebring just blocks from the US border.Stirring stuff.Unfortunately ,this isn't part of a dime novel it's the hard stop of a 19 year olds life.David Jir was found to be in possession of 120,000 ecstacy pills.Cops say it's 1.2 million dollars worth of drugs. In Maple Ridge police road checks came up with 9 drug seizures. They concurrently caught 3 drunk drivers.Vancouver City council, under the auspices of mayor Sullivans Project Civil City.Intends to start jailing the homeless for failure to pay the fines they're being given for loitering,j-walking,spitting and failure to wear a helmet when biking.I'm sure the wealthy that can't afford their fines will do jail time as well. This obvious harassment of the street people is just another of Sams arsenal of magic tricks designed to make the homeless disappear in time for the Olympics. What's really scary is the talk of mandatory treatment centers in the back country.
