Best of the season and happy New Year

Submitted by David Borden on
Apart from the usual political corruption and disappointing results from the Salvation Army Kettle drive,It's been a slow news day.I must admit that for the first time in a lot of years,I have a good feeling about the way our campaign is going.I wish I could be as optimistic here at home but I've had no good news to report locally for a while now.Lets hope the gains continue in 2008 and that things improve steadily from here on.I want to wish every one a merry Christmas and a happy new year.Enjoy all other holidays as well.Remember, the drug war has many prisoners and the "Sally Ann",is often the only hand a prisoner receives at this time of year. When you see a kettle, drop in a few dollars. They do good work and are one of the few positive memories I have of my years as a POW.
