Waste of crime fighting money.
I read that there are hundreds of DNA samples of rapists and murderers just sitting in Washington because we don't have the funds to check them, yet we seem to have unlimited money to chase and jail some people who are using some marijuana ,even some who are ill.
Why should we keep people from using an herb they feel helps them ? Even if someone would rather have this instead of alcohol to relax.
Naturally, the tobacco, alcohol, and drug companies would rather sell their expensive alternatives to a free plant that can be grown in the garden.
