State lawmakers are sponsoring a bill that would make medical marijuana legal in Florida. They're working together to pass a resolution that could go before voters in 2012. (Link to Story)

That would be great . I have back pain ,leg pain ,heart pain . I live in Florida its a great place to live but a nice joint would be nice . I was hit by a 18 wheeler and survived if I go to any medical marjuana state I am eligble but its not easy relocating on $7.50 an hour.

medical marijuana

I was born and raised in Florida, just recently moved to Colorado, partly because of the legal marijuana laws this state has. I would like to point out that other than a few possession charges of weed I got while in Florida, my record is not bad and I try to stay legal in whatever I do. It is a great business for the grower and for the state here. If it was legal in Florida I would happily come back, but I can't even visit my family without having to leave my medicine home for fear of coming on vacation and leaving on probation; Florida is famous for that. So please... for the good of the state and the public.... legalize!!!!! After all if not for the hypocrites and politicians.. it would (still be) legal.

Lots of luck on this one.. We

Lots of luck on this one.. We have the worst Lawmakers in the Country. We are the Largest Nanny State of them all. Tallahassee will dictate our lives or they will jail us. I doubt this bill ever gets a number...
