Democrat Senator David Wanzenried is asking Montana's legislature to authorize post-traumatic stress disorder as a debilitating medical condition qualifying a person for medical marijuana. "I donât know how medical marijuana works, I can tell you it does work," said Senator David Wanzenried (D-Senate District 49).
