An online, self-described
"non-scientific" poll on the web site of Bill O'Reilly, the conservative
commentator who hosts the Fox New Channel program "The O'Reilly Factor,"
is currently accepting votes. (Or at least it was by The Week Online's
press time.) Please visit http://www.billoreilly.com
and find the poll in the right hand column of the page to vote "yes" to
the question "Should marijuana be decriminalized in the United States?"
Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper
has an online poll as of today (Friday 5/16), asking readers if Canada
should go a step further than the government's intended decriminalization
plan and actually legalize marijuana outright. Visit http://www.globeandmail.com
to weigh in.
As of press time our side
was winning both.
