DRCNet's first global
anti-prohibition conferences are coming up in Belgium and Mexico, under
the banner "Out from the Shadows: Ending Drug Prohibition in the 21st Century."
The Mexico conference, which will bring together anti-prohibition advocates
from throughout Latin America will be held in the city of Merida, Yucatan,
tentatively February 13-15 to be confirmed shortly. Stay tuned to
