The European Monitoring Center for Drugs
and Drug Addiction, an agency of the European Union, has launched a new
section of its web site maintaining a complete list of European drug policies.

The new issue of the Journal of Cognitive
Liberties, volume II, #2, has been released, featuring articles on the
new treatment vs. incarceration paradigm, cocaine, television as the opiate
of the masses, ecstasy and synthetic drug panics, Richard Glen Boire's
testimony before the US Sentencing Commission regarding ecstasy sentencing,
entheogen law, history of non-medical drug use, media and other topics.
