Seven new plaintiffs have
joined the American Civil Liberties Union's lawsuit against the Maryland
State Police for race-based selection of African American motorists for
traffic stops, and the U.S. Department of Justice has filed a Friend of
the Court brief in support of the plaintiffs. Read more about it
