In issue #23 of The Week Online, we told you about the "Light in
the Window" campaign being promoted by the November Coalition, designed
to draw attention to the hundreds of thousands of non-violent drug offenders
who are in prison. However, we neglected to acknowledge the person and
organization who originated it: Richard J. Schimelfenig of the Delaware
Cannabis Society and Delaware NORML. The idea seems to be catching on and
