On Tuesday, November 25 a public forum will be held at the University
of Minnesota's West Bank Auditorium to discuss current drug policy reform
legislation in the state of Connecticut. Guests will include David Bicklen,
Executive Director of the Connecticut Law Revision Commission, Mike Lawlor,
a six-term member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, and a panel
