Liar! John Walters, National Drug Nazi
Last night I was watching C span and the White house Drug Council was having one of their sit down lie fests trying to brain wash us and their puppet press into believing more of their lies. John Walters had the balls to sit there and say that there was not one person in the United States of America who was in Jail on marijuana drug charges. I beg to differ. I myself did three years in the state prison system in Oregon for growing Marijana. I befriended several other inmates in there who were in for the same thing..John Walters is a fuckinf liar! Plain and simple. He knows there are thousands of people incarcerated for many different drug crimes. He was just saying that because he was trying to pander to the liberal journalist there. Also,it is considered to be in the custody of the State when someone in on parole or probation. How many people have had their homes taken away? How many people lost the ability to find a decent job because past drug convictions? How many parents have had their children taken from them by swat type thugs who smash down your front door and terrorize you for exercising you god given right to take into your own body that which you see fit? Oh, I think it sucks ass that we all make such a big shitting deal out of a womans right to choose her own reproductive fate and allow her to have an unborn child scraped out of her womb, but god forbid that I would try to exercise those same rights of privacy and self determination when it comes to smoking and growning weed, or as a matter of fact any type of chemical I would choose to ingest into my body. Who in the hell ever gave my rights to these things away... I didn't and I am not ever going to do so. I would encourage anyone who wants to try drugs to do just that. The only thing negative and unpleasant I have ever experienced from any drug ; legal or illegal are the ass wipes who try to regulate and control my access to them.It drives up the cost and makes it hard to obtain high quality recreational drugs. For instance if meth were to be legalized and the manuffacture of it was decriminalized the market would be flooded. Instead of paying $180.00 for an eight ball of Crystal you would probably be able to get it for ten bucks. Now and eight ball would last the average meth head about five days. Ten dollars is cheap enough that a guy who pumps gas can afford to still be an addict and work at the same time. No stealing needed. As it is the prices are so high and the consequences so bad if you get caught the paranoia that comes with the meth high totally ruins what would acatually be a real fun experience. If you thought that i am kidding I am not. I know from experience, not some doctored up text book about what a real meth high is really supposed to be like. Most of the tweekers you see that are messed up are that way from alway's chasing after the bag, not just the dope. They are constantly looking around their shoulders expecting to get shook down by a cop. What fun is there in that? If they could just enjoy the high and have fun with it and not have to worry about all the attendant bullshit the law lays on them then maybe they would not be so paranoid. (DUH) In reality, if all regulations were removed and all illegal drugs were made accessable to anyone over the age of 21 the multi billion expense of the "WAR ON DRUGS" wouldn't exist. The Columbian drug cartels would be put out of business; OH SHIT! Can't have that, I forgot about the CIA and how they have their fingers in all that illicit income to fund their little secret covert un documented activities. I know that they do because I've found one of their stash spots. Big underground facility with a staff and everything. I and others have even video taped them getting their air drops of palats of cocain bundles. Right here in good ole The Dalles, Oregon. They even screwed up once and smashed a whole drop against the side of a mountain just at day break, wow, what a show that was. They came out of everywhere to clean that mess up! We video taped thast as well. That was back in 95'. Any way about the government and their regulations, I didn't ask them to keep me clean and sober and I am not going to get clean and sober just because a buch of high minded self apointed judjmental self serving politicians using this issue to get elected are dogging me.I don't use meth, by the way and I occassionally smoke a bowl. They can kiss my stoner ass. I will do every thing in my power ( which is pretty extensive considering I am not bound by their rules) to expand and propogate the use of every kind of legal and illegal substance for recreational and mind altering enjoyment. That means I will encourage everyone I have the chance to speak to to stand up, light up and declare your freedom from The White House Drug Council and its idiotic drug zar John Walters and all that bunch of dip shit psychologists that was there batting their eyes and trying to look intelligent and authoritarian while they spewed their lies and propaganda about how bad marijuana is. I will challenge anyone (just as Walters did) to come up with solid proof that any human being has ever died from consuming pot. Never happened! Never willl! The only people who have been killed or injured as a result of pot are the growers and dealers who have been murdered buy DEA and other COPS who always get portraid like they are some sort of hero. BULLSHIT! Hey folks I hate to tell you this--COPS LIE TOO AND THEY LIE A LOT! There used to be such a thing as fair play in this country, but not any more. A cop will make up shit and fabricate bits and pieces if irrelivent and unrelated information together and take it to a judge and get an illegal warrant in a heart beat. And the judge is usually the same one who will hear the suppression motion later on and guess what? DENIED! It's all rigged and the only way to get real justice with these twisted courts anymore is to just say fuck it and do what the hell you want and if a cop ever asks you to search your house, car or person, say NO. If they dog you about it and want to know why you wont consent to a search just tell them that its your right to have privacy and that you don't have to submit to his shit just because he is wearing a badge. You have a right to your privacy just as much as that hussy that cant keep her knees together long enough to keep out of that aborttion clinic. The right to privacy about you, your posessions, what you comnsume, who you screw, or who screws you, what you have inside your home, and what you share with others is nobody's fucking business. To the nazis at the national drug zars office I say: Get your filfthy stinking hands of my personl liberties! Keep your self righteous and self apointed power craving money hungry lying noses out of my personal and private business and do us all a favor and go kill your self; that would be justice for all the innocent lives that have been lost at the hands of your nazi agents.
screedful?

Thanks, I think? I am from the northwest and maybe its just a regional thing, I have never heard that word "screedful" before. Can you tell me exactly what does it mean? I suspect I know what you are getting at, but just want to make sure. I know I can get a bit windy and somewhat hot about the establishment and their crap, but when I think of how much damage thay've done to so many lives of just ordinary people that were just trying to either make a few bucks for the house payment or food or just to make ends meet, and then to have their entire lives wiped out by some seizure law, or even worse to lose their kids. I had all of the above happen to me plus lost my mate and I went to prison. When I heard Walters say what he did, I just had to say what I knew to be fact and a little venting was therapeutic as well. Thanks again,
Later.
They lie like dogs --
Comment posted by rita on Sun, 09/07/2008 - 2:23amPolice, that is.
They lie under oath to obtain search warrants.
They lie on police reports.
They tamper with evidence.
They lie under oath (again) to the grand jury to obtain indictments.
And if you happen to have about $20,000 laying around to hire a trial lawyer, the cops will lie again in court.
Yeah, I've been there, done that, too. And you know all those lawyers who are always in court waiting for their own cases to come up? Every one of them knows what's really going on, but day after day they sit and watch and do nothing as harmless people go to prison and the real criminals walk free.
Yeah and some of them will die like dogs

You bet, I sat there when my evidence supression case came up and was just amazed at the flat out pergury that went on. What I have just recently found out is that the judge that heard my motion to suppress had originally been the judge that the cops had went to for the search warrant, but he had told them at that time that he wouldn't sign it because it was not legal. So the cops left his office and went down the hall to a district magistrates office and had him sign it. That judge all he did was hear low level traffic cases. Well, six months later the first judge that had said the warrant was illegal is the one who hears the motion to suppress and turns right around and upholds the warrant.Of course he failed to inform me or my attorney that he was the orignal judge contacted about the warrant by the affiant, so now thirteen years later I am going to try and find a good lawyer who would like to take my case on. I also found out that the informant they used was someone who had only been to my place once a whole yrear before he had talked to the cops, only after he had gotten busted himself for growing weed. He hadn't even been there for drugs either, he had sold my partner a rifle and was paid in cash. The grow itself was underneath an inground swimming pool and only had access through the attic of the house. It was very very well diguised and no one except myself or my partner had anything to do with its construction. There was never any drugs sold from our property, I am still mystified as to how anyone could have made that kind of guess.I do know that the cops got my electric records without a warrant, they got my phone records without a warrant and still that judge didn't budge. I know that if I had a real sharp attorney who was out to make a name for himself I could lite a fire under that little click of liars and really blow them off their little thrones of injustice. So, thanks for getting it. You are right, real crimanals go free, they are the likes of George Bush, DicK Chaney, Scooter Libbey, John Walters, etc....Speaking of Dick Chaney, Haliberton is one of the companies the CIA used to help build their secret underground place in The Dalles, Oregon. They warehouse cocain there and what a stash it is! I don't know how many tons there is stored there, but I bet they are putting it away for a time when they cant smuggle it accross the borders. That homeland security thing has really put the squash on how they get it in wihtout the regular DEA and FBI from knowing it. Its weird when I think about one part of the governemt dedicated to eradicating as much cocain as it can and the other doing just the opposite. One of these days mother Karma will catch up with them, or maybe it will be the evening news! I just wonder who the Air Force Pilot is who does the air drop. Where does he pick up the dope from and how he gets it from Columbia, Oh thats right it comes via Panama from Honduras..That's what Mr. Blank said on his death bed.
yeah!
Comment posted by Anonymous on Mon, 09/08/2008 - 11:31amLove it! Absoluetly! The government conspires soooo much and I loved how you summed it up. A badge does not give people a right to your privacy and I always say NO, I am a free black woman and will die for my freedom!
Yeah! You are righteous!

Right on! Thanks for concurring with me. I like the sound of your spirit and hope it never comes to any of us having to lay down our lives, but unless we get this run away train called the ONDCP stopped and put the constitution back in the law books and get rid of all the nut cases who have wormed their ways into political office; well then we just might one day wake up and realize it's time to break out the AK 47's and just forcfully take back our rights and our nation from all them special interest big shots and the crooks at the FDA, White house,The Two houses of Congress. That is where all the responsibility for every law and regulation that steps on our rights gets ran through their committee's, legislated and debated, then signed into law by which ever crooked snake is sitting in the oval office. I do, however have high hopes that if our man Barak gets in that we can make some real positive changes in the way drugs are regulated, or deregulated would be the best ever!. Of course he's only going to be able to do so much if he doesn't get a more democratic senate. So, my veiw is that those of you who can vote should get rid of them republicans and vote in more democrats.
Another vicitim that Czar Walters says doesn't exist...
Comment posted by Anonymous on Tue, 09/09/2008 - 1:47pmI'm sorry you had to spend time in prison for growing pot...I guess Czar Walters thinks that since you weren't in federal prison, hell, it wasn't so bad. "Hope you learned your lesson boy, next time, the ole' Czar might send you to the GULAG!"
What they don't understand is that every person they arrest makes them one more enemy. They're getting close to reaching critical mass. We're either going to wake up one day and imprison our "Czar" for crimes against humanity, or we're going to find 1 in 2 Americans in prison, and eventually, everyone in PRISON!!! I don't understand (actually, I do, most Americans are ignorant sheep) how we tolerate having a "CZAR" of ANYTHING in this, the alleged "land of the free!"
I truly believe, after serving in the Army and seeing how other countries treat their citizens, there will be another American Revolution before my life is over. I hope not, as there are better ways to solve problems than bloodshed, but I'm afraid of where America is going. Our freedoms are eroding by the day, and I'll be damned if my daughter doesn't live in freedom! ONDCP and its ilk use the typical divisive tactics to pit Americans against each other, like "oh, he's a criminal, he's a drug user, etc..." Guess what, I took an oath to defend this country from enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC! I think that some of these people like our beloved Czar forget that they are Americans too! As long as they hold the reins, no harm can come to them. To quote Bob Marley: "Slave driver, the tables have turned! Catch afire, you're gonna get burned!"
Good ideas,

You know, a few paragraph breaks in there would have made this a much easier read -- even if they were done totally at random and not as a means of organizing your ideas. 100+ lines of straight text is just plain hard to keep focused on reading from line to line.
At any rate, I totally agree with your natural law argument - that the control of one's consciousness via drugs is their right as a matter of basic principle.
Iamme, a screed is like a rant
Comment posted by Anonymous on Fri, 09/12/2008 - 8:59amBut rant is meant in a good way, slightly poking fun at ourselves (I think). That was a first class rant of yours, and the poster may have created the word screedful in pointing out that authorization for ONDCP expires in 2010, so we'll need to wrote lots of letters before then, but those particular letters shouldn't be screedful, they have to be addressed to their mainstream audience.
No, we don't need to 'wrote' any letters
Comment posted by Anonymous on Fri, 09/12/2008 - 9:03amsorry about that.
I'm also creating...
Comment posted by Anonymous on Fri, 09/12/2008 - 9:33am..another "new word"...rantfull. New words for new days...it's what happens all the time.No offense meant. What happened to you was ...awfull. I've personally sent three letters, just today, because I have had my fill, of things as they are.Sorry I must remain anonymous, but probabition is a cruel mistress.
Punctuation?
Comment posted by sicntired on Sun, 09/14/2008 - 5:46amsicntired@mac.com,Vancouver,B.C.Canada It's sometimes really hard to worry about a period if you're pissed and ranting.I used to write to a reporter that always bitched about my run on sentences.I too have experienced the penal system for my drug habits and I know how angry it makes you when you feel it's no one's business. You should publish your video on you tube with an explanation and a google map. That'd have them shitting their pants.I won't touch on abortion because I remember the coat hanger days.
squaring things up
Comment posted by Anonymous on Mon, 09/15/2008 - 5:26pmthere are still some very good rifles left from word war two left around .and some very good ammo also .keep your powder dry .wtf
Thank you all
Comment posted by Iamme on Fri, 10/03/2008 - 3:50pmWell, I have been away for a few days and just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your support and suggestions. I know that I have a tendency to run my sentences together, partly because I have carpel tunnel and it hurts my hand to use the period or comma key. I usually hit the comma key when I want the period key, so that's what happens. I got that one didn't I. about my rants. Yes, I am ranting because I feel that the only way anything in this country will get changed at this point is for us to throw off the shackles of oppression any way we can, even if that comes to arming our selves and taking a trip to Waschington DC. I encourage everyone to read the Declaration of Independence and take special not of its admonition to each one of us when it comes to breaking un just and unfairl laws. We are ordered by the founding fathers to break and cast off any law that is not right. Thatl's the premise of our freedom. That is how our nation came into existence,. We declared independece from governmental oppression and we trew it off with the use of guns and ammunition when the government refused to stop stepping on our freedoms. Remember our first flag. The coild snake that said don't tread on us.. Something like that anyway. Well, I am at that point. I am coiled and prepared and ready to strike at a seconds notice. I am not going to be stepped on any more and I will defend that right with extreme prejudice if I have to. Of course I would rather resolve this through the ballot box, but when is the last time we were able to vote on a federal law? Of course not! We the Sheep have been suckered into delegating our power to congress and they have taken our trust over many generations and wiped their asses with our trust. This election I Would encourage everyone to vote for the non incumbent. Get rid of all the fat cats who are tucked in snug as a bug in a rug and infuse some new, young blood into this old and money oiled system. When you vote, let the person you voted for know how you feel about the messed up drug laws in this country and let them know that they can go out at the next election just a fast as they came in if they don't help fix this problem. By fixing the problem, I mean legalizing all drugs and making them available to anyone who so chooses to use them. they must be provided at a low cost and without any regulation with exception to age. Just like alcohol or tomacco they should be restricted to those aver 21 or older. Other than that, no regulation,. If that would happen we all know what a relief that would be on our prison systems. Law enforcement budgets could be slashed. the Courts could be shrunk. The Billions spent on the Waar on Drugs could be spent on more redeeming social programs etc....So thats more of my same spew, but just saying it again. Thanks for agreeing with me and especially thank you for your support.IamMe

Excellent screed...
Comment posted by Anonymous on Sat, 09/06/2008 - 2:07pmSeriously! Been there too.Take heart, the ONDCP charter is scheduled to expire on Sept.30,2010...unless renewed. That means, more letters to more polititians, are required...tho... less screedfull in nature.
