12 Year Old Faces Trafficking Rap

That's the heading of a small story in the province newspaper on Friday,March,14,2008.The story goes on to credit a 12 year old with exchanging marijuana with a younger classmate. The article makes it clear that the police do not contend it was a sale but rather a transaction. The story originates in a small Alberta town named High Level(no shit).Evidently,High Level is 780 kilometers northwest of Edmonton.Edmonton is north of just about anywhere else.Crime has come to High Level.I guess that makes it a high level drug deal.Good luck to the kid.

man o man
