I asked the above website, the drug czar's kids campaign, on the "ask the doc" section, that whether should non-violent drug users to receive treatment rather than jail, they never gave me the answer.

I asked a few questions of my own. I will expect no answer as well. It seems to be aimed at spreading propaganda, but I had to press whoever is behind it all. Its in my nature!
