Announcement: DRCNet RSS Feeds Now Available

Submitted by David Borden on (Issue #467)

RSS feeds are the wave of the future -- and DRCNet now offers them! The latest Drug War Chronicle issue is now available using RSS at http://stopthedrugwar.org/chronicle/feed online.

We have many other RSS feeds available as well, following about a hundred different drug policy subtopics that we began tracking since the relaunch of our web site this summer -- indexing not only Drug War Chronicle articles but also Speakeasy blog posts, event listings, outside news links and more -- and for our daily blog postings and the different subtracks of them. Visit our Site Map page to peruse the full set.

Thank you for tuning in to DRCNet and drug policy reform!

you are doing the correct thing with this web site. it is time that voices of reason speak out to the public and try to get a conversation started about alternative ways to deal with the drug issue in this country and the world. When the USA tried to enforce alcohol prohibition all it did was empower what until that time were small groups of organized crime and create monsters.l There were drive by shootings, corruption and a general atmosphere of law bending. Have you heard of a drive by over alcohol since the repeal of prohibition? I doubt it. The same will happen if drug prohibition is overturned. Why does such a smart country and people act so ignorantly on this subject and why does it raise such hysteria? The money could be spent much more effectively in other areas. let people decide for themselves what substances they will ingest. Thank you for your work JOHN HANLEY
