The state of Washington has come up with a youth angle on it's ever popular "rat for cash" program.You may now text message the crimestopper line and rat out the felon of your choice.Rewards for a conviction are $250 cash and a $250 dollar visa gift card.Older people were not impressed as they can't text for shit.Isn't it nice to know that all those dweebs you shunned in high school can now rat you out by simply texting the cops and leaving a message?It's the computer age turned against us.I'm sure this is only the beginning as a person doesn't even have to speak to any one.The impersonal rat.
