Drug War Chronicle #966 - March 31, 2017
Due to staff travel and a high-profile project involving the UN and the Philippines, we did not manage to publish email editions of Drug War Chronicle the last two weeks as scheduled. Please accept our apology for the lapse.
Note also that our last email edition was #964, but you didn't miss an email of issue #965 -- that issue exists only on the web site, and can be accessed here -- we put it there to hold articles that couldn't fit into this issue's full text email edition due to the character limit.
Please read our article Human Rights Challenge: Responding to Extrajudicial Killings in the Drug War, below in this issue, to find out about this new work we're involved in which has already made significant waves.
