Department of Justice

My letter to the Department of Justice was also mailed, with certified mail, to the Department of Justice Washington D.C. In my attempt to file a complaint against an Oregon State Police officer,I decided to drive to the O.S.P. headquarters in Salem, Oregon. When I arrived I noticed the officer at the desk was a very big man, and probably not over twenty-five . He received my complaint better than I expected and said he would get someone to help me. He returned and said he would call Shelia Reed from the governors office .

Motion for Remand : Denied

Our Motion for Remand was denied on May 16, 2007 as we expected . The Motion was based on the errors our second attorney made . Some of those errors are pointed out in reference material, see: OSB disciplinary. My father and I were instructed by the attorney, our testimony concerning my son’s Motion for new Attorney would not be needed . Only after we lost the trial, did we learn our testimony could not be allowed in the appeal....... because we did not testify . The Motion for Remand was our last hope to testify.

The D.A.

In my blog The Brasch Letter, I mention the District Attorney Paul Burgett . According to the World Newspaper dated Friday, May 25, 2007 D.A. Paul Burgett is resigning due to budget cuts effective Dec. 31, 2007. Local TV at 11:00PM reports DA resigns 1 year before the end of his term .

Coos County hoax revisited

When law enforcement breaks the law in order to make arrest , we should all be concerned .

I have posted part of the transcripts to a trial , that clearly shows the South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team and their agent broke the law . See my web-site under references , Testimony A. page 164 line 20 to 165 line 3 .My personal favorite , that you may wish to look at , is page 162 line 16 to 163 line 17 . In testimony B. you will find that Ms. Maver made quite a bit of tax free money as an agent . You will also notice her testimony about her arrest , and I have posted that arrest under references . She also had her child support payments deferred just before the sting was revealed and you can find that in references as well . In squeaky wheel you will find that sergeant Smartt was not a detective as mentioned in the newspaper article. Special Prosecutor , will show Mr. Gibbon’s letter head which makes him appear to be a special prosecutor , However when he signs his name on page two he is Deputy District Attorney.
