This election year the country is focused on change. We do the same thing every day in the area of drug policy reform. By shining a bright light on the TRUTH, we are proving our case: prohibition does far more harm than good.

Last year, StoptheDrugWar.org saw a dramatic increase in our web site traffic, when week after week for several months our articles got picked up on major user-content-sharing sites like Digg or Reddit or Stumbleupon, literally bringing tens of thousands of new readers to our site each time. This year we have seen something that is even more important in the long run: a substantial increase to our base readership.
