When a private citizen,Darryl Plecas,decided he could no longer stand by and listen to statistics on grow -ops.He went to work on what everyone had been saying was an intrusion and a loss of personal freedom and set about to prove that there were good reasons for using electrical usage to bust grow -ops.As with every study that has an end result before research begins,he had no difficulty proving every point he set out to make.Now that the law suites are mounting and the premise and procedure of said studies has been brought into disrepute and the searches have gone far beyond their original mandate and resulted in fines for other than originally intended.Surrey Fire Inspector Len Garis is already formating contingents should the court challenges fail.Mr Garis has been heard stating that this is a community problem and will require the community to solve it.Perhaps instead of violating peoples personal property rights,Mr Garis should go with the majority of Canadian sentiment and stop hassling private property without proper evidence.We now know a majority of Canadians are or have used Marijuana.Let the majority rule and tell Dianne Watts that what she wants is in violation of the charter as well as majority rule.This very vocal minority has controlled the agenda for far too long.Harassment of the many to catch the few is not right in Canadian law And people are launching law suites.
