First time Non-Violent Marijuana offender
Hello,
I managed to talk my way out of 4 criminal Charges which included : Trespassing (Private property of the government...it was a well right beside a public park), Possession (of marijuana which in fact they did not find besides resin), Attempted statutory rape( because the person with me was a girl and a minor, even though she's just my best friend), and Carrying paraphernalia (A legal and paid-for glass bowl.)
A federal Police officer and a school official found us near a park close to a school campus(but not school property). I was very forth coming, polite, and respectful, but he told me that I was not intelligent, and started to call me names, saying that I was stupid and that I should stop acting smart, I told him it wasn't right of him to say that and the school official started telling me not to mess with him. and that He didn't believe me that i was poor or not touching my friend or that i didn't have weapons. He told me that I didn't know what being poor was and that I wasn't poor and that my parents pay for me.
Well no... My father doesn't support me financially, I couldn't make it into college, I don't have a job, I don't have a car, Hell I don't even have a license. He searched my bad and found a pipe and said I was smoking there, no I wasn't I was smoking before I got there and I just wanted to show my friend my perfectly legal glass bowl. What he was smelling was the resin rising out of the bowl. He sent the white girl away with nothing and proceeded to give me a hard time. I'm Hispanic by the way, this officer was expecting to find some stoned out of his mind punk with a chip on his shoulder attitude, but what he got was a Latino in a polo collar shirt and jeans with a young white woman.
He charged me with Trespassing, Attempted statutory rape, possession(when i ddint' have any i smoked it all), and paraphernalia (my pipe) he took it away. and i was talking to him and he suddenly was like "If you say anything next, you'rre under arrest"
HE TRIED TO PLANT EVIDENCE ON ME IN THE FUTURE. He said he was keeping this until the end of the school year since i was with a minor. and that if he ever even heard my NAME (even if its not drug related) he's bringing that back up on me. (well I knew he was going to bring it back at the end of the year anyways)
He tried to act as if it were legal to plant it on me.
Hows THAT for a patriot act...
I was starting to walk away and i was like " maybe i could've just refunded it and got my 30 bucks back man i could use it for food or something. and he got all spastic. and told me Im under arrest unless i break it"
and i was like ... "no you recycle it" cause I HATE littering.
and he was like "no recycling you smash it on that wall... and all charges are dropped"
well I had to fucking do it... I smashed it. but i hesitated..
i turned around and told him with a sneer "I don't appreciate you making me litter in exchange for my freedom. I told you before I don't pollute. have a nice day sir.. " and shook his hand, and he grabbed me and gave me a pep talk.
we made a corrupt deal. HE broke the law by making me pollute. For God's sake it's close to EARTH DAY!
anyways, This is what my concern is. Do Police officers really have the right to confiscate items and then deliberately use them against you for any reason, even if it is unrelated to the item ?

It would be a ridiculous hard case though. too late, I'm sorry for your friend. I had a friend who was riding in the "rough area's" of town. He's from Peru, and his friends were all white, one Jewish. well they got pulled because the cops thought it was weird for 3 white guys and a "Mexican" would be in a "ghetto" . well my friend had some LSD and pot. so he swallowed it. Out of nowhere the cops just open the door and fling him out and start grabbing him at the back of the neck, and beating his back with a nightstick trying to make him spit it out. all the while he's intoxicated. And one confiscated 20 dollars from the Jewish guy.

I know a guy whos fatehr back in 1980's killed a cop,my friend is black,im white, but ne ways,this cop pulled him over cuz he and his son(my friend was six at the time) had a white girl in his car in the wrong neck of the woods.His dad been harrassed to much by now from racist asses so he told the cop he was jealous cuz the white girl liked black d**k ,lol,cop didnt like it so he hopped on the radio 4 back up saying he had a n****** he just stoped that kidnapped a women n tried to rape her..threatened to plant evidence on her and aresst her for crack if she told on him and take her kids away....my friends dad snapped,told the woman to take his son out of the car and to cover his ears. My friend heard 2 kloud booms.....one went through that pigs skull and the other....his dad took his own life...and I believe that shit cuz I have been around some racist cops who openly admit to planting evidence on blacks and mexicans and they used racist words when saying *blacks* and * mexicans*,some time I hate being white cuz that is what black AMERICANS put me up on a peddlstool at times.and can you blame them for not trusting us white peole? I cant....FUCK YOU PIGS!!!!!! Take the drug war and shove it and to all you racist people..Im white and I'll bust a nut in black or mexican woman anyday..and giver her the ring and bare a child with her..so hahaHAAA!

Cops do what they want

I had a friend that was arrested for possession when he was pulled over and his friend in the passenger seat was found to be carrying. Despite the fact that both of them said that my friend didn't know the other guy was carrying, the cop arrested my friend and let the other guy go because he was the sheriff's son. So my friend then got 6 months probation because the cop said he found the pot on my friend and he was on his way to sell it.
