A rising tide of Christians not only smoke pot, but think Jesus used it. They're gaining mainstream legitimacy, challenging religious and political dogma, and sometimes going to jail for their faith in unprecedented numbers. According to pot historian Chris Bennett's chapter on "Early/Ancient History" in Dr. Julie Holland's The Pot Book, Jesus didn't smoke pot, he rubbed it on people in the form of medicinal holy oil. Bennett says a pot doctor Jesus makes more sense than a deity Jesus. The Son of God does pull a lot of lightweight miracles like treating skin lesions, stomach problems, menstrual issues, eye problems, epilepsy and asthma, all of which respond to the cannabis therapies. Mr. Bennett has obviously never read the Old Testament . All you need to know about Cannabis and GOD , or Jesus, concerning Cannabis, is in the Old Testament . See this and read it for yourself = Genesis chapter 1, verses 11-13 . Don`t take my word for it, go and read it for yourself . Think that you can do that ? The Bible has more power contained between its cover`s than all of wall street combined . The Truth , the Light , the Way and the Power . Prohibitionists fear this Truth . It convict`s them.

It took six shekels of "kanneh-Bossom" which translates to cannabis sativa to create the holy anointing oil. After prohibition started they took it out of the bible which means that the holy anointing oil of today is not the original oil, which means that religion was "Censored" Ignorant people have said that Kanneh-bossom was mistranslated and the proper term was "Calamus" The great cannabis plant has been used for thousands of years and the government has gone far as to take it out of the bible which means they are governing the good book
