The view on drugs is changing around the globe. Join us in a session that explores the controversial new public health model that challenges the fundamentals of drug prohibition.

Topics include:

* Alternative legal options that better manage substances.
* Regulated market for illegal drugs based on public health and human rights.
* Incremental steps towards this new model, which reduces harms to all in society.
* Canadian and global debate on harm reduction/drug policy reform.
