Flawed "Drugged Driving" Bill Under Consideration in Canada -- Testimony from BCCLA Online Here

Kirk Tousaw, chair of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association's Drug Policy Committee, delivered testimony at the House of Commons in opposition to a so-called "drugged driving" bill now being considered by the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights.
